Where is the Gray Man?

According to legend, the Gray Man first appeared in Pawley's Island, South Carolina back in 1822.  There are many tales as to who he was and how he ended up being the harbinger of disastrous hurricanes, but the fact remains, he appears.

It is good news to see the Gray Man yourself.  The property of the person who sees the Gray Man is spared all harm, but it is very very very extremely bad news for everyone else when the Gray man decides to make an appearance.  It means a hurricane is coming.  A BAD hurricane.  It literally means, "RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!"

They say Jim and Clara Moore saw the Gray Man before Hurricane Hugo back in September 1989. 

Right now Pawley's Island is in the path of MONSTER Hurricane Matthew.  Has anyone seen the Gray Man?  I wonder....
